1. Perpetual license
One payment per module, per Patient Station. Lifetime use, free software updates, no subscription, no internet required. The license lives on a USB security dongle — patient data stays on your computer.
Modules: camera full-body tracking · VR headset tracking · hands & fingers tracking
2. Optional remote sessions
Add later if and when you need it. Token-based add-on for therapist-guided remote sessions, integrated communication, and screen-sharing from the Therapist Panel. You only pay for active remote time.
Not required for in-clinic use. Your perpetual license works independently.
3. Standard hardware
Off-the-shelf, purchased separately. VAST.Rehab runs on standard Windows PCs with a webcam or a Meta Quest headset. No proprietary hardware. You source it locally or include it in the distributor quote.

VAST.Rehab is distributed through a network of regional partners. Each operates under different local conditions, and one published number would hide more than it would reveal. Here is what actually varies from one quote to another — and why we would rather send you the real number than guess on a public page.
VAT, customs, and exchange-rate buffers differ across markets — an EUR number rarely translates cleanly to USD, GBP, AUD, or AED.
On-site setup, therapist onboarding, and follow-up service are arranged with your local partner. Some markets bundle this, others price it as a line item.
Distributors deliver support and documentation in the local language. That cost is built into the offer where it is needed.
Some clinics buy PCs and cameras locally on their own; others prefer a turnkey kit from the distributor. The quote adapts.
A single therapy room and a 12-room rehabilitation centre receive very different proposals — we size the deployment to your actual workflow.
For Technomex balance platforms the module is included with the device. For hp/cosmos treadmills the module is sold by hp/cosmos. We will guide you to the right contact.

Is there a subscription fee?
No. The core in-clinic licence is perpetual — one payment per module, per Patient Station, lifetime use, with free software updates and no internet connection required. A token-based subscription exists only for the optional remote-session add-on, and you do not need it for in-clinic therapy.
How long until we receive a quote?
One business day in most cases. Your request is routed to the distributor for your country, or handled directly by Brontes Processing if your region has no local partner yet. Our team works Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET.
Can we try VAST.Rehab before we buy?
Yes. Start with a 14-day free trial or book a personal demo with our clinical specialist — you can see real tracking, biofeedback, and session reports before any commitment.
What if there is no distributor in our country?
You receive the quote and ongoing support directly from Brontes Processing. We have shipped VAST.Rehab to clinics, hospitals and research centres across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas — with or without a local partner.
Who handles installation and training?
Your local distributor arranges on-site installation, therapist onboarding, and follow-up service. When ordering directly from Brontes, installation can be done remotely or via a service visit arranged together with your team. Costs are itemised in the quote, never hidden.
Can we deploy across multiple sites under one purchase?
Yes. Multi-site deployments are common — licensing is per Patient Station, so you can scale across rooms and locations on your own pace. Mention the number of sites in the form and we will size the proposal accordingly.
