How per-station licensing works
Each Patient Station where patients train requires its own license for each module used on that station. If you want 3 patients to be able to train with camera tracking simultaneously, you need 3 camera licenses (3 × 6 000 EUR). If one of those stations also uses a VR headset, that station needs an additional VR license.
Small practice (1 station)
1 camera full body license = 6 000 EUR total software cost.
Center with 4 therapy rooms
4 camera full body licenses = 4 × 6 000 EUR = 24 000 EUR total software cost.
Mixed setup (3 camera + 1 VR)
3 camera full body + 1 VR full body = (3 × 6 000) + (1 × 6 000) = 24 000 EUR total software cost.

Patient installs the app
VAST.Rehab Patient Panel on their PC, Meta Quest, or Android device. A camera or VR headset tracks their movement at home.
Therapist starts a remote session
From the Therapist Panel, the therapist connects via built-in video-chat and launches the planned workout.
Live supervision
The therapist sees the patient’s screen, camera feed, and session data. They can pause, adjust difficulty, and demonstrate movements on the patient’s screen.
Objective report
Every remote session generates the same structured report as in-clinic work. Range of motion, reaction times, adherence — all measured automatically.
Token plans
Tokens are consumed only during active remote sessions. Your in-clinic perpetual license works independently and does not require tokens.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
How does per-station licensing work?
Each perpetual license activates one Patient Station for one module. If Room 1 has a camera and Room 2 has a camera, you need 2 camera licenses. If Room 3 has a VR headset, you need 1 VR license. All your licenses are stored on a single USB security dongle tied to your account.
Do I need a token subscription for in-clinic therapy?
No. The perpetual license covers everything you need for in-clinic therapy. It works fully offline, with no subscription or internet required. Token subscriptions are only needed if you want to offer supervised remote therapy to patients at home via built-in video-chat.
How does token-based billing work?
Tokens are consumed in two ways: 1 token per 10 minutes of patient session time, and 1 token per 10 minutes of video-chat connection time. Each is metered separately in 10-minute blocks. For example, a 30-minute remote session where the therapist supervises via video-chat the entire time uses 3 session tokens + 3 video-chat tokens = 6 tokens total. In monthly plans, you receive a new token pool each billing period (valid 30 days). In the Enterprise plan, the pool is valid for 365 days.
What happens if we run out of tokens?
Your token balance may temporarily go below zero. The next billing period’s tokens will first compensate the negative balance. If this happens repeatedly, we will contact you to discuss upgrading your plan.
How many therapist accounts can we create?
Both models include unlimited therapist accounts at no additional cost.
What about modules for specialized devices (treadmills, balance platforms)?
VAST.Rehab modules for partner devices are not purchased from Brontes. For Technomex balance platforms and resistance devices, the VAST.Rehab module is included in the device price. For hp/cosmos treadmills, the VAST.Rehab module is purchased separately from hp/cosmos or their distributor.
Can I add remote therapy tokens later?
Yes. Start with a perpetual license for in-clinic therapy. When you are ready to offer remote sessions, add a token subscription at any time. The two work together — your in-clinic license continues to operate independently.
How are payments handled?
Perpetual license purchases are invoiced directly (by your distributor or by Brontes). Token subscription payments are processed via Stripe (credit card). Enterprise plans also support bank transfer with pro forma invoice.
What hardware does my patient need for remote therapy?
For remote sessions, the patient needs a Windows PC with a webcam, a Meta Quest headset, or an Android device with a camera. The same hardware requirements as in-clinic use apply. See full requirements →
