What happens after you start your free trial?
The whole process is fully guided. From email verification, through smart onboarding, to your first patient and therapist sessions – you always know what comes next.
Open the form & verify your email
The trial form opens in a separate page. In the first step you provide your email address. We will send you a one-time verification code which you enter back in the form. This verified email will become your VAST.Rehab login.
Answer a few questions about your work
In the next step we ask several short questions about your facility, patient groups and how you plan to use VAST.Rehab. This helps us personalise the onboarding path and propose first use cases that are relevant to you.
Get your password and onboarding link
After submitting the form you receive an email with your auto-generated password and a link to a web-based onboarding tool. This tool guides you through the first configuration steps and shows you where to start.
Experience VAST.Rehab as a patient
You start by seeing VAST.Rehab through your patient's eyes. The onboarding wizard helps you install the Patient Panel on a chosen device and run a ready-made training session prepared by our team. This way you quickly understand how sessions feel in practice.
Then use it as a therapist
Next, you install the Therapist Panel. You will create a training session for your patient, launch it and follow the patient's results in real time. During the session you can adjust difficulty parameters and immediately see how this changes the patient's performance.
Use VAST.Rehab in real sessions with a 14‑day token package
The trial is designed to mirror your future subscription as closely as possible. Instead of a limited demo, you get access to the full VAST.Rehab platform and a free token package that you can use with your own patients, therapists and equipment.

100 tokens, 14 days: your facility receives 100 free tokens that can be used within 14 days from trial activation. It is usually enough for several dozen therapy sessions across different patient groups.

Token-based usage: you spend tokens exactly as in a paid plan: 1 token = 10 minutes of active exercises or audio-video tele-consultation (with screen sharing) with the patient.

Full access to modules and devices: use VAST.Rehab for full body, hands & fingers and VR headset exercises on all compatible devices (iPad, Android tablet, PC + webcam or 3D camera, Meta Quest 3, etc.).

Interactive wizards guide you through setup and first sessions
Once your trial is activated, we do not leave you alone with a download link. VAST.Rehab includes interactive onboarding wizards that ask you a few questions and guide you step by step through installation, configuration and first therapy sessions.

What exactly do we get during the trial?
You get access to the full VAST.Rehab platform (not a limited demo), a free package of 100 tokens valid for 14 days, and support with onboarding. You can connect multiple Patient Stations, create unlimited therapist accounts and assign real patients to test different therapy scenarios.
How long does the trial last?
The free token package is valid for 14 days from activation. This period is usually enough to install the system, run first sessions and collect feedback from therapists and patients. For larger pilots we can agree on a different setup.
What happens if we run out of trial tokens?
If you use up your free token pool faster than expected, we simply discuss whether to extend the trial, move directly to a paid subscription, or adjust the configuration. In paid plans, if your monthly token usage temporarily exceeds the plan, your balance can go slightly below zero and the extra tokens will be taken from the next month’s allocation.
What are our options after the trial?
Most customers move to a token-based subscription plan that matches their real usage, keeping the same configuration and Patient Stations as in the trial. For specific projects it is also possible to purchase a perpetual local license for selected modules and devices, with data stored entirely on your infrastructure.
Does the trial require any long-term commitment?
No. The trial is a non-binding way to see how VAST.Rehab fits your clinical workflow, patient population and business model. At the end of the trial you can either start a subscription, discuss a perpetual license, extend the trial or simply stop using the system.
