Tell us about your condition, your goals, where you are located, and what equipment you have access to. This takes about 5 minutes.
Our clinical team reviews your form and assesses whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate for your situation. Not every condition is a good fit — we will be honest about that.
Within a few business days, we will let you know:
Once connected with a therapist, they prescribe and supervise your sessions. VAST.Rehab is a tool in their hands — they make all the clinical decisions about your therapy.
Before you arrive (or while you get ready at home), your therapist selects the exercises for today. They set the difficulty, the range of motion, the duration, and the type of tasks — all based on your condition, your progress, and your goals. Every session is prescribed specifically for you.
You stand or sit in front of a screen (or put on a VR headset). The system tracks your movement — every arm raise, every weight shift, every reach. On screen, you see tasks that respond to your body: targets that move when you move, objects that react to your position, visual guidance that shows you the movement your therapist prescribed. You do not need to understand the technology. You just move.
The therapist monitors your session in real time — whether they are in the same room or supervising remotely via video-chat. If something is too difficult, they reduce the challenge immediately. If you are ready for more, they increase it. If you need a break, they pause. You are never alone with the system.
At the end of the session, the system has automatically measured how far you moved, how fast, how accurately, and how consistently. Your therapist reviews this data and compares it with your previous sessions. This helps them assess how you are responding to therapy and decide what to adjust next.
If your therapist decides that you are ready to continue some sessions at home, VAST.Rehab allows them to supervise you remotely through a built-in video connection.
Home therapy does not mean you are on your own. Your therapist is there — just not physically in the same room.
VAST.Rehab is used for a wide range of physical and cognitive rehabilitation:
Stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy.
Post-surgery recovery (hip, knee, shoulder), fractures, joint replacement, musculoskeletal conditions.
Vestibular rehabilitation exercises, gait training, postural control tasks.
Memory training, attention and focus, executive function, problem-solving.
Developmental delays, motor skill development.
Functional maintenance goals, cognitive stimulation, movement exercises for older adults.
Muscle weakness from prolonged immobility, deconditioning.
VAST.Rehab is a tool that supports your therapist’s work — it is not a treatment by itself and does not replace clinical judgment. Your therapist decides whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate for your condition and what exercises to prescribe.
Individual responses to rehabilitation vary. The use of VAST.Rehab does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Always consult your physician or therapist before starting any rehabilitation program.
Fill out a short qualification form. We will review your information and get back to you within a few business days with an honest assessment and — if VAST.Rehab is a good fit — help finding a therapist.
The form opens in a new tab. Your information is used solely to assess whether VAST.Rehab is suitable for your situation and to help connect you with a qualified therapist. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Yes. VAST.Rehab is a Class I medical device, ISO 13485 certified since 2012. Every session is prescribed and supervised by a licensed therapist. The system never operates without professional supervision.
No. You do not need to log in, navigate software, or operate anything. Your therapist handles all the technology. You just move — the system responds.
No. VAST.Rehab uses therapeutic tasks prescribed by your therapist with specific clinical parameters. Some tasks use visual elements to make exercise more engaging, but every session is a medical rehabilitation session — not entertainment. The system measures clinical metrics (range of motion, reaction time, balance), not game scores.
If you train at a clinic, VAST.Rehab is typically part of the rehabilitation program provided by the facility — ask your clinic about costs and insurance coverage. For home therapy with remote supervision, costs depend on the arrangement between you, your therapist, and the facility. We can discuss options when we review your form.
No. VAST.Rehab is designed for supervised rehabilitation. Every session must be prescribed and monitored by a licensed therapist. This is a medical rehabilitation system — unsupervised use is not the intended purpose.
We will tell you honestly. Not every condition benefits from biofeedback-based rehabilitation. If VAST.Rehab is not the right fit, we will let you know and — where possible — suggest alternative directions.
