Interested in training with VAST.Rehab?

Tell us about your situation and we will help connect you with a qualified therapist who can evaluate whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate for your rehabilitation — at a clinic or remotely from your home.

What happens when you reach out to us

1
You fill out our qualification form

Tell us about your condition, your goals, where you are located, and what equipment you have access to. This takes about 5 minutes.

2
We review your information

Our team reviews your form to understand your situation and identify a therapist or facility that may be able to help. We use this information for routing purposes only.

3
We connect you with a therapist

Within a few business days, we will:

  • Help you find a therapist in your area or one who can work with you remotely via VAST.Rehab’s built-in video-chat
  • Provide the therapist with the information you shared so they can evaluate your needs
  • The therapist or facility will determine whether VAST.Rehab is clinically appropriate for your situation
4
Your therapist takes over

Once connected with a therapist, they evaluate your condition, decide whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate, and — if so — prescribe and supervise your sessions. VAST.Rehab is a tool in their hands — they make all the clinical decisions about your therapy, including when to start and when to stop.

Your therapist prepares the session

Before you arrive (or while you get ready at home), your therapist selects the exercises for today. They set the difficulty, the range of motion, the duration, and the type of tasks — all based on your condition, your progress, and your goals. Every session is prescribed specifically for you.

You train with biofeedback

You stand or sit in front of a screen (or put on a VR headset). The system tracks your movement — every arm raise, every weight shift, every reach. On screen, you see tasks that respond to your body: targets that move when you move, objects that react to your position, visual guidance that shows you the movement your therapist prescribed. You do not need to understand the technology. You just move.

Your therapist watches and adjusts

The therapist monitors your session in real time — whether they are in the same room or supervising remotely via video-chat. If something is too difficult, they reduce the challenge immediately. If you are ready for more, they increase it. If you need a break, they pause. You are never alone with the system.

Your movement data is recorded

During the session, the system records movement data such as distance, speed, and consistency. Your therapist reviews this data and compares it with your previous sessions. This information supports their clinical judgment about how your rehabilitation is progressing and what to adjust next.

Training at home with remote supervision

If your therapist determines that home-based sessions are clinically appropriate for you, VAST.Rehab allows them to supervise you remotely through a built-in video connection. The decision to transition to home sessions is always made by your therapist.

What you need at home
  • A Meta Quest 3 VR headset, OR a PC (Windows) with a webcam
  • An internet connection
What your therapist sees
  • Your screen — the same tasks you see
  • Your camera — how you are actually moving
  • Live audio — they talk to you throughout the session
What your therapist can do
  • Pause your session at any moment
  • Adjust the difficulty or change the exercises
  • Show you the correct movement using their own camera on your screen

Home therapy does not mean you are on your own. Your therapist is there — just not physically in the same room. Hardware requirements and feature availability may vary by region and configuration.

Examples of therapist-directed rehabilitation workflows

Therapists and facilities use VAST.Rehab as a tool within their clinical practice. Below are examples of areas where VAST.Rehab has been used under professional supervision:

Neurological rehabilitation

Stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy.

Orthopedic rehabilitation

Post-surgery recovery (hip, knee, shoulder), fractures, joint replacement, musculoskeletal conditions.

Balance training

Vestibular rehabilitation exercises, gait training, postural control tasks.

Pediatric rehabilitation

Developmental delays, motor skill development.

VAST.Rehab is a tool that supports your therapist’s work — it is not a treatment by itself and does not replace clinical judgment. Your therapist decides whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate for your condition and what exercises to prescribe.

Individual responses to rehabilitation vary. The use of VAST.Rehab does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Always consult your physician or therapist before starting any rehabilitation program.

Common questions from patients

Is it safe?

Yes. VAST.Rehab is developed under an ISO 13485 quality management system. Every session is prescribed and supervised by a licensed therapist. The system is intended to be used only under professional supervision. Regulatory status may vary by jurisdiction.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. You do not need to log in, navigate software, or operate anything. Your therapist handles all the technology. You just move — the system responds.

Is this a video game?

No. VAST.Rehab uses therapeutic tasks prescribed by your therapist with specific parameters. Some tasks use visual elements to make exercise more engaging, but every session is a rehabilitation session — not entertainment. The system records movement data (such as range of motion and reaction time) that your therapist uses to inform clinical decisions.

How much does it cost me?

If you train at a clinic, VAST.Rehab is typically part of the rehabilitation program provided by the facility — ask your clinic about costs and insurance coverage. For home therapy with remote supervision, costs depend on the arrangement between you, your therapist, and the facility. Your therapist or facility can provide specific pricing information.

Can I use it without a therapist?

No. VAST.Rehab is designed for supervised rehabilitation. Every session must be prescribed and monitored by a licensed therapist. This is a medical rehabilitation system — unsupervised use is not the intended purpose.

What if VAST.Rehab is not suitable for my condition?

Your therapist will evaluate whether VAST.Rehab is appropriate for your specific situation. Not every condition benefits from biofeedback-based rehabilitation, and the decision to use or not use VAST.Rehab is always made by the treating therapist or facility.
